  • A proof of identity, which can be any among:
    • Aadhaar
    • Passport
    • Voter’s ID card
    • Driving licence
    • PAN card
    • Company ID card
    • Ration card with your photo affixed on it
  • A proof of address, which can be any among:
    • Aadhaar
    • Passport
    • Voter’s ID
    • Driving licence
    • Rental agreement
    • Utility bill including telephone, electricity, gas bills
    • Ration card
    • Property purchase agreement
    • Life insurance policy
    • A letter certifying your address from the company you work for (for select companies)
  • Proof of income
    • For salaried: latest salary slip or salary certificate with deductions, name and designation clearly mentioned
    • For self-employed: latest income tax return
