Note: You will receive an acknowledgement/Interim response within 7 business days from the receipt of your complaint.

*Available between 9.00 AM to 7.00 PM (Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays & fourth Saturday of every month).

Level 2  

If you are not satisfied with resolution at Level 1, please reach our Customer Complaint Redressal Cell (CCRC) using any of the below methods.

Escalation to Regulator 

If you do not receive any response within 30 days from us or if you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint, you may connect with the RBI Ombudsman through any of the touch points mentioned below.
