SMFG India Credit sends payment confirmations electronically via SMS and email.
Customer should ask for physical receipt in case SMS / Email does not get triggered instantaneously to his/her registered mobile number and registered email ID OR to the alternate mobile number / email ID provided at the time of payment collection.
The payment confirmations will be sent to the registered mobile number and registered Email address as per our records. In addition, SMS / Email can also be temporarily triggered to the alternate mobile number / email ID provided at the time of payment collection.
Customers are required to fill up a form and submit KYC documents at the branch for permanently changing their registered mobile number and / or email address.
