At SMFG India Credit Co. Ltd., Our Grievance Redressal Day (GRD) initiative “Samvaad” reflects our unwavering commitment to customer-centricity and regulatory compliance. Anchored in the RBI’s directive (CO.CEPD.PRS.No.S1409/13-01-017/2024-2025), this initiative is designed to institutionalize a structured, transparent, and empathetic approach to resolving customer grievances.

Purpose and Vision

Samvaad - Grievance Redressal Day is a dedicated monthly forum which will be held on the 2nd Saturday of every month at all SMFG India Credit branches*. On this day, customers can walk into branches and receive direct, timely resolutions to their concerns. This initiative not only enhances accessibility but also reinforces our promise of accountability and service excellence

While we strive to address every concern raised by customers promptly, we acknowledge that certain requests may require additional time due to the complexity of the matter or the need for deeper investigation.

What Kind of Concerns Will be Addressed?

Please note that in this forum, customers can bring forward any complex concerns or issues they may be facing. However, regular requests such as request for Statement of Account and other loan documents, loan applications, etc. can be resolved in the usual manner – customers may raise a request through email, Service Connect, SMFG India Credit m-Connect app, website, or our customer care helpline. *Note: 2nd Saturday of every month Samvaad – Grievance Redressal Day will only be held at your nearest SMFG India Credit Branch. If the 2nd Saturday is a public holiday, ‘Samvaad’ may be rescheduled. Please Contact Us or visit your branch for more details.
