Personal Loan Documents

Personal loan document submission is an essential part of the application process. Knowing the documents required and having them ready beforehand can streamline the entire process and improve your chances of approval.

Usually, lenders require several basic documents to verify your identity, evaluate your creditworthiness, and determine your ability to repay the loan. This helps them make informed approval decisions and decide loan terms.

Personal loan documents required by lenders commonly include proof of identity (such as a government-issued ID), proof of income (like recent payslips or tax returns), and proof of residence (such as utility bills or a lease agreement).

We, at SMFG India Credit, are committed to making your borrowing journey as smooth as possible. Our personal loan document requirements are minimal and concise; there is no heavy paperwork involved.

Please note that the personal loan documents list for salaried and self-employed individuals differs from each other. We will guide you through the specific requirements for each category.
