Supply Chain Finance (SCF)

To apply for Supply Chain Finance (SCF), businesses are required to submit certain documents for identity verification, compliance, and credit assessment. The documents may vary based on the applicant type and transaction structure.

Document Type | Particulars

PAN Card (mandatory)

Proof of Identity & Proof of Address (any one)

  • Passport
  • Driving Licence
  • Aadhaar
  • Voter’s Identity Card issued by the Election Commission of India

Business Documents (Non-Individual Applicants)

  • GST Registration Certificate
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Constitutional Documents

Income & Financial Documents (As applicable)

  • Latest Income Tax Returns (ITRs)
  • GST Returns
  • Financial Statements

Trade & Banking Documents

  • Duly filled application form with recent photograph
  • Bank statements
  • Trade invoices / receivable statements
  • Purchase Order (if applicable)

Other Documents

Additional documents may be requested in line with KYC and internal policy requirements.

Notes:

  • In case of co-applicants, basic documentation such as PAN and KYC details will also be required.
  • The above list is indicative. Depending on the SCF structure, applicant profile, and prevailing policy at the time of application, additional documents may be requested.
  • For onsite verification, applicants must keep their original identity, address proofs, and supporting documents ready. This may not apply for digital KYC.
  • If the submitted address proof does not reflect the current address, one of the Deemed Officially Valid Documents (OVDs) may be provided. Click here to see the approved list.
  • An OVD reflecting the updated address must be submitted within three months of the initial submission.

Final approval, loan terms and disbursal process will be subject to SMFG India Credit's policy at the time of loan application. If you are an existing customer and wish to foreclose your loan, please note that foreclosure terms and charges will be applicable as per our policy at the time of loan foreclosure.
